Coquetdale Swimming and Fitness Centre is the little pool with a big view! With outstanding views over the Northumberland countryside, the pool is a traditional size; 13.5metres x 7.5metres. There is a wide range of swimming lessons on offer, along with parent and baby sessions; ideal for getting your child accustomed to the water. Fun swim sessions are offered all year round and there are special holiday programmes at Christmas, Easter, Summer and all half terms.
Adults only and ladies only sessions are available during the week.
Exclusive use of the pool can be booked for parties and other events, with qualified staff on hand to supervise. The pool is available for private use on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
A brand new fitness centre, overlooking both the pool and the countryside, opened in September 2008. The development houses over 20 brand new pieces of cardiovascular and resistance equipment suitable for all ages and abilities.
An 'AL' (Leisure Alnwick) Leisure Card can be purchased to offer discounts on sessions and lessons at the pool and also facilities at any North Country Leisure centre in Alnwick or Tynedale.

From Rothbury High Street, turn onto Bridge Street. Travel to the top of the hill and turn right onto Silverton Lane. Coquetdale Swimming and Fitness Centre is adjacent to Dr Thomlinson Middle School.
Opening Times: Monday: 9.00am - 1.00pm and 5.30pm - 8.30pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 9.00am - 8.30pm
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday and Sunday: 8.00am - 1.00pm
Last admission 30 minutes before end of session.
